Marketing Coordinator at Kids Help Phone
Kids Help Phone is Canada’s only free, 24/7, confidential e-mental health support service for young people. For over 35 years, the organization has provided professional counselling and crisis support via phone, text, live chat, and online messaging. Through national campaigns, youth-informed programming, and strategic partnerships, KHP works to ensure young people across Canada know that support is always available — no matter what they’re going through.Within the Brand, Storytelling & Communications team, I support the strategy, coordination, and optimization of national awareness campaigns across paid, owned, and partner channels. My work bridges creative execution, performance analytics, and brand governance.Campaign Strategy & Execution
I coordinate multi-channel campaigns including Feel Out Loud 2.0, Good2Talk, Counsellor in the Classroom, Resources Around Me, and Walk So Kids Can Talk. This includes:Developing and refining creative briefs aligned with campaign objectives and youth insightsManaging multi-spec asset development across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, OOH and DOOH placementsPartnering with external agencies to align creative direction, messaging, and performance goalsSupporting media launches, tracking implementation, and optimization planning
Performance & Analytics
I work closely with paid media and agency partners to ensure campaigns are measurable and insight-driven. My responsibilities include:Building GA4 funnel explorations to track user journeys from paid media to site engagement
Analyzing campaign dashboards (CPC, CTR, impressions, conversions, video completes, QR tracking)
Translating performance data into clear post-campaign reporting in the form of Statement of Voice
Brand Governance & Internal Enablement
Beyond campaigns, I lead initiatives that strengthen brand consistency and internal clarity.I spearheaded the refresh of KHP Connect’s Brand Resources page — restructuring it into a centralized assets library, messaging repository, and guidelines hub. This initiative supports cross-functional teams in accessing up-to-date brand tools and ensures consistent representation across both Kids Help Phone Operations and Foundation communications.Impact Focus
My role is grounded in one goal: helping the organization show up clearly, consistently, and in ways that build trust with young people.Whether through campaign execution, analytics insights, or brand infrastructure, I focus on reducing friction internally so that externally, KHP can move faster, communicate stronger, and reach more youth across Canada.
